oder Anmeldung zu einer Veranstaltung zustande.

Die Zahlung erfolgt im Laden oder online über die angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden.
Bei Veranstaltungen kann Vorauszahlung verlangt werden.

5. Lieferung und Abholung
Falls Versand angeboten wird, erfolgen Lieferungen innerhalb der Schweiz.
Lieferzeiten sind unverbindlich.

6. Veranstaltungen und Tastings
Anmeldungen zu Tastings oder Events sind verbindlich. Bei kurzfristiger Absage oder Nichterscheinen kann der Betrag ganz oder teilweise verrechnet werden. Änderungen
im Programm bleiben vorbehalten.

7. Jugendschutz
Alkohol wird ausschließlich an Personen gemäß den gesetzlichen
Altersvorschriften abgegeben. Alterskontrollen bleiben vorbehalten.

8. Rückgabe und Reklamationen
Lebensmittel und geöffnete Produkte sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen,
sofern kein Qualitätsmangel vorliegt.

Die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.
Haftung wird im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen ausgeschlossen.
